you have to admit that to someone who's never heard the podcast or the bit, the "honorable" framing was absolute horseshit. I say this as an admittedly biased Eagles fan. That's all.

while i can sympathize with that, to a degree, at least listen to the podcast before you get mad at it. the social team for the athletic couldn’t have done the pod more of a disservice

That's the thing - I didn't know it was from a podcast. The social team just threw it out there as a one off. Or at least they were intentionally inflammatory. They sure drummed up clicks. I understand now the disconnect, I hope the social team gets reamed out

OK, I'm game. What is the basis of the list? I tried googling, and didn't see anything more informative that the graphic at the top of the thread. So, until I find out otherwise, it is just that short description.

well, i’m realizing now that the post didn’t even reference or link the podcast. this is a podcast which has a very detailed explanation of what this means. give it a listen. even just the first few minutes. this couldn’t be further from racist like 80% of these mushbrains are saying
