Remember when netflix sent you DVDs and you could keep a surprising amount of them by saying they got lost in the mail. The last movie I got was Dick but I lost it in a move

I kept About Schmidt until Blockbuster went bankrupt.
I remember but always sent them in why wasn’t I more sneaky 😈
I think it started out as me being disorganized and forgetful and then it turned into oh so they're just gonna let me do it, ok then
Take what ya can give nothin back
I thought you couldn’t get a new one sent until you sent back one.
You couldn't but if enough time had passed you could report it missing. Couldn't do it every time though, you had to space them out
I remember the service was a very affordable rate.
Yeah it ruled. There was also something really fun about having to choose just one and wait for it to get to you. It made watching them more of an event. Back when the tech companies gave you a lot more for your money to rope us all in
Also, I kept thinking that if Netflix could track when dvd I had and when it was returned then we should be able to vote same way.
