Where did they use passive voice in this post

Grammar wise, no it's not passive voice. However, the tone is rather passive in that it's "Hey look what this guy is doing!" and then kind of crickets except for the occasional stand by someone who often gets shot down by leadership for doing it and fundraising texts or emails.
