We’re well within PSR and have billionaire investors. Is it all earmarked for the stadium? How have Forest managed it but we can’t?

Uefa cup finance regulations are seemingly much tighter than PL. I don't know details or even understand it but income is set against expenditure. That is why SP is sp keen on Guehi sale. We do not make enough income. See BBS for details on this

I also genuinely think there’s room as far as PSR is concerned, but little actual money in the pot to spend.
