There does need to be a change so homeowners who are faced with defending themselves are not put through the expense of hiring a lawyer and the stress of courts It’s true a case has not gone to court but those arrested still go through a year or more of bills and stress

PP’s riling up of people is Trumpian…it distracts from the issues at hand & the real reason for the riling. There are very few cases of self defence & PP’s demanding change will only stall HOC processes yet again.
