omg I can taste it in my mind. My mom made Egyptian molokhia and Egyptian rice with pomegranate seeds and lamb chops last week. I failed to take a picture but it was so good.

it was! She made the rice with vermicelli and chicken broth then folded the pomegranate seeds into it. I think she gets the molokhia leaves from a middle eastern market
