I would take center right reformers more seriously if they didn't foist some of the malicious people on earth as great examples of their program

Like Ken Paxton is objectively as bad and psycho as Desantis and Weiss but he's an outright hog so he doesn't get the credulity that the Yalie and Columbia grad get when they are actively making the world a shittier place
