He's writing as though he believes that it's super easy to get low income housing in NYC just because you need it. The only obstacle is, um, his political opponent.
Not only is Cuomo a hypocrite — he’s ignorant of the city he wants to run, and compounds that ignorance with arrogance. He’s unelectable and his actions and words should disqualify him from running.
When I lived in Queens, I was in a rent stabilized apartment NOT rent controlled. There is a big difference and I suspect Cuomo is intentionally blurring the two here.
