There’s not a single quote about this effort specifically, all quotes are taken from MSM outlets in other contexts and pretty general, and no, don’t see a single verifiable State action in there about this effort

Yeah, there is no clear admission of performing a "soft succession", but what's being used to imply that this is happening are the verifiable State actions that are being coordinated against federal government initiatives and statements. It is similarly not necessary for people to state 2+2=4

Ok, but the close coordination, recurring calls, off-the-shelf briefs ready to go and etc are pretty specific claims (and fantastic if true!), but there is no tangible support for it anywhere in the article
