the worst part about being a writer is getting good at recognizing foreshadowing so now I rarely am surprised by plot twists I just get there and go “yeah I know, moving on” 😅

And on the flip side you sometimes notice details about a writing style or choice of plot device combinations that ends up tickling you real good even though you knew it was coming 😆 The shock factor dies down fast, but that also leaves room for other things to sneak in 😎
