Vermilion Flycatcher (Pyrocephalus rubinus): A 14cm (5.5in) bird that bucks the trend of Flycatcher species mostly having what is described as "drab" plumage! Found in open country, they feed on insects often flying from a perch and catching mid-air, including beetles, flies and grasshoppers.
