Fed governor Chris Waller is making a case for a July cut in the Fed rate. I believe it's in a self-interest attempt to get a t nomination to be the next Fed governor. His argument is based mostly on the premise that the tariffs will not be inflationary. Huh? Why else would Toyota be raising prices?

I would expect it to be 2000. 200 isn't an ungodly amount

Who pays Trump's tariffs? You pay Trump's tariffs! And for all of Trump's glee about all the $$$ that is being collected via his tariffs, every single penny collected is coming out of US pockets! Tariffs are a highly regressive tax on US businesses and consumers!

That’s just them raising prices pre-Toyotathon so it seems like a better deal.
