This along with a privately paid AACO cop is on the corner of Farragut Rd and Herndon Rd to protect the Bay Ridge community from outsiders 'using their private beach' which runs along a public roadway. Nothing more than modern day Jim Crow.

I ask the AACO cop how he could do that without profiling people. His answer was that he could not. At least he's truthful.

The camera system is a license plate reader for this extremely low crime and low traffic area. County resources protecting the 1% from us dangerous folks.

At the same time the Bayridge Residents Association has placed boulders on the PUBLIC right of way and especially at this corner which is completely COUNTY OWNED.
