Construction site, warehouse, assembly work with all men.
restaurant... bar... every construction job site since the dawn of time... any business with five or less employees...
My workplace has an employee engagement survey question "I feel comfortable bringing my whole self to work." It was put there to gauge if LGBTQ people and other groups were comfortable in the work place, however many people would answer No to this. Focus groups learned it was mostly MAGA.
There was some amount of this in fed govt. middle management types. It was uncomfortable on good days, and these were the types of folks people mutually agreed to work around rather than with.
Also possible that they don't have a need to self-sensor because they don't make asses out of themselves normally
Ask anyone who works retail of they self censor at work.
The amazing workers at The Weiner’s Circle in Chicago?

I had a boss once say “don’t worry your pretty little head about that, that’s why I have a bigger phone and a bigger office”
I worked at a place like that. I had to ask them to keep the racial slurs in check while I was on the phone with customers.
A self employed one?
30-40% of the 57% might be decent people who don’t need to try hard to simply be civil and whose core beliefs don’t require them to filter.
