Yup: “The Supreme Court’s alternative—that people aggrieved across the country can file class-action lawsuits instead—can be an onerous, time-consuming, and expensive process that ignores how hard the justices have made it for people to band together to sue.” www.vanityfair.com/news/story/s...

Class decertified and case rendered moot in 2027 when last class member sold into slavery in Libya and owner asserts he simply doesn’t have the bandwidth to both ferry black market RPGs to Tobruk and sit for a deposition.

But the implications are huge- bozo can eradicate any group in the country before each person of the group has ability to sue

The categorical imperative is: Supreme Court expansion and filibuster elimination. We still have one last chance, after f****** blowing the last one, though it's a lot more tenuous because Trump has all the guns..

And if you are sincerely asking questions like “have the conservative justices forgotten how difficult they have made it to pursue class actions?” I don’t think you have demonstrated the requisite sentience to boil water, let alone opine on the calculated perfidy of the current Supreme Court.

Imagine having to pack up and move to a state that had successfully sued to validate the constitutional right to birthright before you give birth. Pure dystopia.

Its really disturbing to see all the mostly white male Ivy League pundits insisting that it's at least possible this will all be OK because there can still be class actions. How can they still assume, and encourage others to believe, even 2 of the 6 fascists justices are operating in good faith?
