Posse Comitatus doesn't apply to National Guard in Title 32 status, and DC's non-statehood means the Feds can just invite other Guards on in. It's very annoying.

Expressing displeasure at a military occupation is protected free speech. A federal official firing someone for such an act is an overt violation of the First Amendment that Bondi took an oath to protect.
