None. I work for a government agency. There is a “feeling” that most applications were submitted by ai-bots. They are “adjusting efforts” to navigate those conditions.
Today I reviewed 90 resumes and 80 of them plainly did not meet the required qualifications Many had cover letters indicating interest in a totally different job title For now we're still reviewing manually because we don't want to miss those qualified "needles in the haystack" but it's exhausting

Yeah, that's not how it works except at very small companies. If you tried to walk into a place with your resume, they'd tell you to apply online or call the cops on you, or both
