Here's an illustration by Adonis Sancho showing what growth can look like. Note the increased size of both the clitoral glans and clitoral hood. "T-dick" is a name sometimes given to this type of growth by transmasculine people.

A lot of people report increased sensitivity when the clitoris grows. This is usually great, but can be uncomfortable as the increased size leads to increased rubbing when going about your daily life. Some people also report a change to orgasms, with more intense orgasms.
