Don't forget Los Angeles is older than the United States. California is Latino at its core.

There is a saying I’m the Latino community. We didn’t cross the border, the border crossed us.

Yes, it was first home of native Americans. You’re right. Then taken over by the states. All of America was taken from natives. I have Native American roots myself. I get it. These sickos think they can just push ppl out of their homes Again. It’s disgusting. Then and now! Bless!

Actually I was referring to the fact that it was Mexican territory, taken by the US when it declared war against Mexico when Mexico made slavery illegal and the US invaded when US immigrants complained and the US defended their 'right' to continue slavery.

Yes. They’re Native Americans who were raped by the Spaniards, Conquistadors, who came there back when Spain was the mistress of the seas, and very powerful.

There has been hundreds of years of mixing, the vast majority of which had nothing to do with violence.

Of course they were, never said they weren't. But the fact remains, the US took a huge amount of Mexican land by force in order to ensure the retention of slavery. Then spent the next 40 odd years clearing out the native Americans. Many countries have done such, but the US was very thorough.

And they’ll do it again. He says, “If you don’t fight for your country, you’re going to lose it “, Like it was theirs in the first place!

All of ‘America’ is stolen land. Except Plymouth Rock,I guess Massasoit gave them that. But every treaty, every compromise, every time they gave their word, it was broken. Those who tried co-operation were later betrayed or plowed under.

Nowhere on the West Coast has ever had slavery. The civil war was literally started when the Southern slave states were unable to force CA to allow slavery.

The people who lived there when it was Mexican still live here. We're the same people, just now with a bunch more Asians.
