Right, I had no lunch so I can have a nice dinner. What should I have?

Comforting food. Piles of fragrant rice. Seasoned protein. Fluffy bread.
Ooh! If only.
Gotta get yourself through the next few weeks bud x and no lunch means CARBS for tea
Oh, that would have been amazing. I had Fruit ‘n’ Nut.
Toad in the hole. I present the case for the prosecution: 1) warming comfort food now the weather has turned. 2) hearty and filling 3) easy to make. For the defence: 1) takes prep work and time 2) can be stodgy 3) uses a tonne of dishes 4) requires substantial digestion time.
A wonderful idea.
Oh gosh, now I really want toad in the hole, I haven’t had that for probably years.
You've been missing out!
I really have, it never occurs to make it just for me. My son goes back to uni soon, I may have to have a go at making it before then. With peas and gravy to garnish.
It's my go-to comfort meal if I have enough time. I hope it's as good as you remember!
It’s Yorkshire pudding and sausage, it’s always gonna be good!! Subject to my cooking skills of course which are variable!
Weetabix 😏
So close! I had Lidl rip-off Fruit ‘n’ Nut.
Too late I know but I’d have had a big chip butty.
Oh, yes! What a treat.
Cooking or takeaway? Either way the answer should be Indian food.
I had Fruit ‘n’ Nut.
I am tempted just to have Weetabix because cooking me is not available right now.
Not cooking me. It why I made the choice I did.
I get that totally. I always thank that people who I view as more ‘together’ than me, do not make the same choices I make.
