Who in their right mind would knowingly and willingly move to Texas?
Who in their right mind would knowingly and willingly move to Texas?
A lifelong friend has lived in San Antonio for over 35 years and recently described it as "chaos " and may have to escape soon.
22 years in south Texas, for the job. Left to New Mexico as soon as retirement hit. The entire time I was in Texas, only 2 governors, Rick Perry and Greg Abbott. Hell.
It's not a good option
You can watch it happen in real time on the Adam Curry episode where he gets hooked up with Thiel and Sean Parkers money and tax evasion schemes.
Hold on… you’re telling me Rogan has friends?
Or just in my opinion- Florida - no chance I would live there - no way - To much government over reach -
Nobody -
The question has the answer...they are indeed in their RIGHT mind, that's the problem
In my best Hank Hill impression, “That man ain’t right.”
A typical red state
Soooo surprised these two hot young right wing comedian friends of Joe Rogan haven’t found social success in Texas Maybe it’s the steroids .. they clearly don’t take them.. yet
Never mind TX - there are lots of good Democrats there. Who in their right mind would follow Joe Rogaine ANYWHERE?
I've lived here for 64 years. I tried to get my husband to move to NE NM a few years back, but he hates the cold, so I gave up. Now, I wish I had moved and told him he could follow or take care of his damn self.
30 years ago, a move to Texas was a huge step up from a nightmare small-town in Oklahoma. Practically the promised land. And now it’s just where I live.
He’s got friends in low places.
MAGAts
Exactly!

fElon
They need to carry that decision to Full Term.
Sometimes it's best not to follow your cult leader and do everything they say. Maybe, think for yourself? What a concept.
Joe has friends? What does he feed them?
giant hissing cockroaches. It's pretty easy to feed toads
Texas is a horrible place run by evil despicable people. Don't even visit Texas, let alone MOVE THERE??????
Who in their right mind would willingly listen to Rogan?
hey, now.
The armpit of America. Hot and sweaty.
I lived in Texas twice during my life, and I loved living there — even though I hate oppressive heat. (By mid-summer, it’s a dry heat where I lived.) I went to grad school in Austin and 20+ years later I was stationed at Fort Hood. My experience pre-dates the corrupt GOP and Elon’s invasion, though.
I just had a flash of that "rolling countryside" in Giant.
Morons following morons
LET THEM GET USED TO THE HEAT…. All going to hell anyway‼️
Sadly, I did, but it was to help my aging parents. I have no desire to be here. Though I have a great support group here.
Or follow Joe Rogan.
People who can’t afford humidifiers.
Remember, Rep Jasmine Crockett is in Texas. It's not all bad. We need more blue voters to come help us flip it to Democratic.
Joe Rogan has friends? 😂
State Rep. Giovanni Capriglione, who wrote the state's strict anti-abortion legislation, was accused of paying for multiple abortions
Family with several young daughters just moved from Texas to my Maryland neighborhood. Wonder why...
Still by far the best of the Dixie coast
Exactly
I have always said that.
In my defense, all my family was living here. Otherwise I never would have done it.
Family is important. I probably would’ve done it too.
Yeah, I moved here from deep blue CT.
Wow! That sounds like a major culture shock. Connecticut sounds wonderful to me.
Yeah, definitely a change. CT is wonderful, especially in the fall. This is one of the places I used to live. I lived right behind the church.
That’s beautiful!
My niece for her Masters and PHD at UT Austin. Only because she got a scholarship though. She's almost done with her PHD thesis.
Or any red state for that matter
We were forced to live there for two years (1st & 2nd grades) by my USMC father...we left Hawaii for Beeville, Texas. It sucked. Even at that age, I knew it sucked. 🙄
Beeville is a haven compared to other parts of this state.
It was a desert filled with snakes and horned toads. After Hawaii, I think anything would have sucked 😉
Austin, Texas, was until, not too long ago, the FASTEST growing city in the US. Slowed down a bit since two years ago. We are still getting transplants from CA, OR, and WA.
My youngest is constantly grousing about the enormous influx of Californians into New Braunfels.
I moved to Austin 9 years ago and i still love it here. I for sure wouldn’t live anywhere else in Texas though
MAGA ots.
