Reagan cut the education budget by 65%. Now 60% of Americans are reading and writing at a 5th Grade level. 1 in 3 of those are at an 8 year old level. Republicans set this up along time ago. Now 66% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. They pay rent & skip meals so their kids can eat.
