Let's hope not! That will trigger article 5 of NATO, WHICH COULD QUICKLY escalate to nuclear standoff or annihilation! Trump's love affair with Putin has put the World in much greater danger than most realize. I think Russia would at minimum be at cease-fire if not withdrawal with normal President.
