Apple in tuna salad is what the kids call S-tier. I like it even more than I like crispy yellow bell peppers in tuna salad.

I never think about adding bell pepper. That would be good! Little bite to accent the sweet.

I can’t eat green ones, but the others are so so nice! My thing used to be to make a “summer stuffed pepper “ but instead of beef and rice, it was a hollliwed-out orange bell pepper full of tuna salad (which included a few finely-chopped Trader Joe’s sweet and spicy pickled jalapeño peppers).

Try carrots instead of apples. Apple is a strange one.
