Heard a family member in red country talk about the autostop on his car being annoying and for the life of me I couldn’t figure what the problem was. What is it?

It is kind of annoying, and there isn't any real cost savings unless it's frequent stop and go traffic. Plus it might increase wear and tear on certain components. But on our Land Rover Discovery, I just turn it off. Super simple.

Stops to save gas when you brake at lights and such. You can turn the feature off, it's an option.
