No, I always poach it in milk and butter. You end up with the sort of smoked haddocky milk (along with your chunk of fish) which is just amazing with or without bread!

I bet that'd be very nice but I'm very funny about eggs being on things. It's a weird thing because I always like it when they are but I wouldn't put one on! My brain is very odd! 🤣
