I always rationalize this by thinking about how many million rocks just kinda spin around stars with nothing goin on, no good temperature or pressure or atmosphere for life to begin It's just happenstance this particular rock did and it's the only context we have so anything else is incomprehensible

The serious answer is: we're not sure! We have cosmological models describing the universe's evolution from a hypothetical initial state, that's the easy part. But no unanimous answer to WHY it happened in the first place, or how come the infinitesimally small probability of us existing came about.
