Good Thursday morning Bluesky Family. Very hot here in Phoenix and breaking records. Unfortunately got a houseguest again, ex neighbor. Long story but she got scammed out of the money she got from selling her house. 81 yrs old. I can't go through this again. Hope she finds a place to go, UGH!
