My wife drinks the coffee and says it taste like an earthy mocha coffee. I drink the Matcha, which is absolutely delicious. You get 30 servings in each bag, but it tends to last me about 25 days or so. It all depends how strong or weak you like your coffee/Matcha.

Yes, it is instant. I tend to mix half water and half oat milk with my Matcha. And I add a little Stevia for sweetness.
