We donated a lot of time and money to the Democratic Party and candidates over the last couple of decades. No more, not until the entire leadership has been defenestrated and replaced. They’re a black hole of fecklessness and incompetence.

Clinton is a stalemate to politics in the same way Cuomo is. He can sell his books or speak for Uranium One as he chooses but he is no longer tour de force. Both he and Cuomo have left a stamp on the exploitation of women. Add Cuomo’s ugly corruption of nursing home death quotas during the pandemic.

We need to stop paying attention to the likes of the old Democratic Party relics like Clinton and Carville. Let’s move on, we can respect them like our grandparents but also ignore them, like our grandparents.

And this is why we lose. No moral authority. None.

And self-owning. They are proving it’s well past time for all of them to step aside for new gen people willing to fight for a better America for all. No one in Dem leadership right now is up to task of fighting GOP fascism or, apparently, of learning from their own mistakes. Cuomo hasn’t changed.

I first registered as a D in 1976. Re-registered as no party affiliation after 49 years in March, right after the CR fiasco. Will not support any current leadership Dems- had hopes for Jeffries, but no more. Will support fighters, but no rank and file consultant-speakers either.

Been an Independent my whole life. My mother always believed one should 'vote for the person, not the party.' Very disappointed in Jeffries. He's morphed into a eunuch.

Notwithstanding being a D, have voted for Republicans nearly as much as Dems…but will never do it again given how badly Congressional Republicans have failed.

Popular front that morphs into a new party. Have been wondering for years why a centrist block like Murkowski, Angus King, Warner, and Romney didn’t form a caucus to hold the balance of power. Must be something baked into senate rules that would make the effort fail.

I think the party contributes money to each member--perhaps one reason why the 2 Ind's caucus w/D's. Also, possibly a branding thing (franchise v. independent) and not have to worry about being primaried.
