I’ve been saying that I felt Trump’s dramatic escalation in recent days was driven in part by Musk’s emasculation of him last week. I also wonder whether it’s being driven by Zelensky’s profound humiliation of Putin, and Putin lashing out at Trump for not delivering Ukraine to him.
It’s actually very simple. He’s fucking insane. Strategize your way around that.
This kind of “let’s look into the mind of Trump” shit really pisses me off.

I think a big part of this is also him just going along with Stephen Miller, who is more unhinged than usual after his wife left him for Elon Musk.
