This is a long-shot, but do any of my anthro colleagues have longitudinal child growth data to share? I'm looking to give my students data on individual, anonymous kids for them to analyze.

Not exactly what you asked for and takes some data wrangling, but the Primate Aging Database has longitudinal body mass data for a lot of captive apes primatedatabase.org
