That statistic is surprising. Seems like there are kids everywhere here. Just observation, but it seems like there are more families with with multiple children than I see elsewhere.

Know someone here in the US that has insurance for $1 a paycheck with her employer provided insurance plan with low deductibles for herself and has free medical coverage for her 5 children through Medicaid until they turn 18. We have Goodwills for low cost children’s clothing. Kids get born anyway.
