Thinking is not a requirement that’s for sure. Religion has been the source of so much human suffering and death. All because the sky fairy said so (or so the rich men claimed).

Have you noticed that the people that believe this crap and practice it think that all the rest of us are the actual problem?

I’ve noticed. I steer clear of religion, yet can’t escape believers in my daily existence. I’m a live & let live kinda person. But I’mma call out bullshit wherever it surfaces. ✊🏻

Every road in the county I live in is named for a church. Long ago each family started their own church. Says a lot about their beliefs relative to their checkbooks.

Not at all, each and every one is Southern Baptist. Some are more fundamental than others. This is current, no was to it.

“Southern Baptist.” Which was once aligned with the Church of Christ until they split on instrumental music & the “once saved, always saved” doctrine. Isn’t it odd how Christianity has so many factions with different dogmas?

People will argue about sky fairies eternally. Because there are no right answers, they make up positions which then schisms the church. It happened in Catholicism, Islam, etc. No religion seems to be spared schisms. And the sky fairy doesn’t care at all.

I find the whole concept of religion odd, but I guess everyone needs a vice. >smile<
