What a great way to spend tax payer dollars. So much better than funding veteran services, pediatric cancer research, meals on wheels, Alzheimer's research, saving the lives of children w/ AIDS, disaster relief & fire fighting etc etc. So much better to overpay for garbage pickup & landscaping

They volunteered to do whatever military specialty they choose, they did not sign up to be litter pickers. They are following lawful orders, but those orders will kill morale and they will not reenlist which in turn hurts our military readiness.
