People are so weird (lol) about the Boston accent. They were always sad when I said I didn't have one before I started my tours and couldn't understand why we didn't all sound like Mayor Quimby. Her ears, and writing, kinda suck either way.

Same with Maine. I'm unsure if you play much the way of video games but Bar Harbor was depicted in Fallout 4, and they got none of the accents correct. Honestly I just feel like it is true for all of New England, everyone is too used to the generic American accent in movie/tv or on the news.
