I ate like a champion in Europe for 14 days. Pasta, pizza, canole, bread, and just about everything I don’t eat in the US, 3 meals a day. We walked 10-15k steps avg. Right about the same I walk at home with 1.5 hour gym 5-6 days a week. I gained 3.5 pounds. lol Now I gotta get back to the gym 😬
