A lot of what RFK says is consistent with eugenic beliefs, but he has not, to the best of my knowledge, explicitly endorsed eugenics. Also, he may just really like killing people and animals. Or he’s a Russian asset. Or he truly believes the bullshit he’s selling. Or some combination of all.
