I think this propped Trump up in the beginning. Especially because democrats didn’t attack him much through the transition period.

I don't think they did in any strategic way, they seemed to be rather in shock. They are now, though.

I agree, it was crickets. I sent multiple communications asking them to get a grip and communicate with people. Honestly, many of us were shocked…but how is it that the party didn’t have a worse case scenario plan?

It was embarrassing. People who never signed up for this were off the blocks like it was a sprint and meanwhile the party officials were just meandering around like "ohhhh"
