I think those are two different things. I would define racism as in insidious and systematic way of marginalizing a specific group from accessing resources because they are deemed as inferior to the group perpetuating the racism. By that definition, real minorities cannot possibly be racist.

If whites are 7% of the global population then thay are the minority

Globally, yes. In Europe, and the USA, no. In Africa, and Asia, yes. In parts of the world where they are the minority, they do not perpetuate racism because they lack the resources and power. Racism in areas whites are not the minority, comes from groups that are the majority.

What about south African whites, thay are the mino's in that country and thay are rassist as fuck

They also receive support from the proud boys. Together they have formed an organization whose goal is to kill all black people in the world.

As a member of the majority, I closely monitor and reflect on my actions and how they impact others. I don’t think I am a racist, but I do acknowledge I am biased, and often. I am working on myself to be a better person.

They had power during apartheid, they are holding on to whatever semblance of power they have left. The writing is on the wall for them, part of the reason they came to the USA, to ask the current administration to recognize their whites only (3mile radius) dwelling place as a sovereign state.
