Thats not what the article says: "Only one of the accusations [...] has been brought before a criminal court." Case is still at police even their lawyer has not get access to the case files.

Cannot read the article by ft, but the German newspapers did report, also pointing out that they were all convicted of having committed vandalism at the university, on top of not having left the building when the university required them to do so ("Hausfriedensbruch"). www.spiegel.de/panorama/jus...
