Doesn't the Constitution already say he can't do those things? He doesn't care. Judges, constitutions...He doesn't care. We need to stop acting as if he's a normal president, and that he feels beholden to morals, laws, or norms. Normalizing him is WHY WE ARE FUCKING HERE!
