The bigger question is: Why do federal agents need masks, no badge or no warrants? Feds dont have carte blanche to terrorize American citizens. Thats why they need search warrants, & badges yes they need stinkin badges

I totally agree. Simply asking a legal / jurisdiction question. I guess it's because I'm a lawyer and want such laws to be enforced. What's the penalty for continuing to wear masks? Who enforces, local police? Lots of questions still.

Everyone should be calling in all assaults, kidnapping, child abductions whenever appropriate to the local authorities in progress… Let the local police swooped down on the perpetrators unmask them, check badges, document the offenders, fight back File complaints due process violations Color of Law
