Sports are a problem though. Perhaps they can compete but can't win awards or medals or scholarships over biological women. There can be two winners, one trans and one biological female. It really isn't fair in most cases. They can train and compete for their own personal best.

Prediction: Next session they take up declaring that there are exactly two immutable sexes based on reproductive ability at birth, erasing trans people from public existence in any state that feels the need. But it'll be based on circuit court, thus forcing blue states to comply, too.

Can I just ask why we need gender labels on sports? Why women’s track and men’s track? Why not catagorie track. U race ur division. Division by time. Put all the 2min miles tog and let it shake out. Some women would def come out on top. Why do we need labels when it is not finite it is a continuum.

As soon as I saw that breaking news alert that SCOTUS was going to take up the legality of bans on transgender athletes in women’s sports, the “decision” became a foregone conclusion in my head. And I place some of that blame on University of Penn in my hometown for caving yesterday. 🤬😈
