Yes! Likewise, zero sleep will increase my Restless Leg Syndrome... which prevents me sleeping (or if I do, I am jolted awake by my leg violently kicking the wall).

I haven’t had a bout of insomnia for months now, and I still feel like my capacity for a good night’s sleep is merely walking the corridors of the spaceship until the alien rears around the corner again
Albeit I have the luxury of working for myself, I often work till 3 or 4am and then get up at lunchtime, none of this fucking around with insomnia any more!
Yoga type breathing exercises really do reduce anxiety and improve sleep.
If you don’t favour yoga, I find that exercise with dumbbells burns off negative feelings like anxiety. Loads of basic stuff online.
The thing I found that works is to try not to give a shit if you sleep or not. Over-thinking and worrying *about* getting sleep is the worst doom loop to get stuck in. It absolutely sucks so I hope it passes quickly.
