Don’t wear heels. Some could leave blisters. I learned my lesson the hard way when I walked in flip flops for 2-3 hours.
Walked a mile in flip flops and picked up a blister between the toes. Worst pool experience ever!😂
But anything can cause blisters, if there’s a source of unexpected friction. Missized shoes, the presence of water, etc.
