Now that the Republicans have shown that we could have a president with unrestrained power to achieve their policy goals, I hope the next Democratic president will start from where Trump stops to ram through policies that help real people. If they can do it, Democrats should also be able to do it.
The SCOTUS only allows Republicans to be an imperial President. They save to "save America" by limiting what a Democrat can do.
And the next democratic president, if unable to add justices, should repudiate marbury v madison.
