I will say Scotland is funny because they’ll say the English colonised them an not mention the reason they had to join the UK is because they went bankrupt trying to make their own empire in Central America with the Darien scheme

Japan, Israel, Turkey, etc. Germany seems to be the only country that addressed its past and even that is trending in a bad direction.
