Better infrastructure for Bikes will make used car lots a thing of the past. E-Bikes are far less expensive than a car (used or new). And are at more convenient in terms of travel. Need to build around it more.

Bikes lanes, increased bus routes and lower frequency between them. Trams and Trollies! Building towns made for walking instead of driving. OKC has half assed put in bike lanes and those rental scooters but you can't reach a hardware store or grocery store with those.
