Yes, that is what people often say. But “minimally functional” can still turn into “mildly maddening” if you do not realize you might need to help the browser out with a few extra directives to handle render blocking on larger pages.

Didn't realize you could wrap the view-transition in media query, I been setting animation to none in that separately.
